A bruise is one of the most common injuries period. A fall, bumping into someone on the field, flailing arms and legs, it doesn’t take much to cause a bruise. Unfortunately, bruises are so common and easy to inflict that they are almost impossible to avoid.

So how do you treat them? Ice wrapped within a towel is a good first step. An excellent next step is using an all natural muscle and joint patch, which may be able to deliver therapeutic healing right to your skin and muscles. Both methods will also provide natural pain relief.

Sprained ankles are another common problem that many of us will encounter at some point in our lives. For many athletes, they’re simply part of the game and lifestyle. With an ankle sprain, your foot is turned sharply inwards, which can stretch and even tear the ligaments.

First, if you’re sprain is severe, contact your doctor. If your sprain is minor, start by using some ice wrapped in a towel, which will reduce pain and swelling. Second, keep off your injured foot as much as possible as rest is important.

Finally, natural remedies for joint pain and inflammation may be able to reduce swelling further and allow your body to heal more quickly. Aloe Vera, Clematidis, and various other herbs have been found to reduce swelling and inflammation.
