Directions:

Shake well before using. Refrigerate after opening. Drink 1-3 ounces daily. Best if used on an empty stomach – at least 30 minutes before a meal, or 1 hour after a meal. Drink undiluted or mix with a beverage of choice. Drink hot or cold. Do not use if seal around bottle is broken or missing.
