We want to thank you for your order and welcome you to the QiVantage Team and our community.
Here’s what you can expect from us…
Shortly we will be sending you a separate email with the USPS tracking number for your shipped order.
In addition, we will be sending you free access to the Athlete Advantage website. Here you can track your order, learn more about all our products, get help and watch a cool video or two.
Periodically we’ll also send you emails with tips on how to improve recovery time, prevent injury, build strength and agility in unique ways, and learn about special product offers.
Sound good? Here’s what you need to do now to get started…
Whitelist (add us to your address book) and prioritize all emails from:
[email protected] AND custom[email protected]
This is important! Not only will you receive help with your current product or kit, we’ll provide you with tips on how to prevent future injury and train smarter so you can optimize your performance.
But if our emails aren’t getting through to you, you’ll miss these important tips and you won’t receive the full benefit of being a QiVantage customer.
So please take the following simple actions to make sure nothing slips through the cracks:
1) Follow the whitelisting instructions for your email provider at this page – whitelist-instructions.
2) If you are a Gmail user or you use any other web-based email that filters broadcasts away from your main inbox, be sure to “drag” any emails from [email protected] OR [email protected] into your Priority Inbox. (Again, you don’t want to miss something.)
3) Create a special “QiVantage” folder where you can archive emails from us AFTER you have read them. This is important…DO NOT set up filters to automatically direct our emails into these folders, or again, you are likely to miss something. Simply move them manually to the folder after the information in the email has been consumed. We will preface the subject line with Qi: to make them easy to identify or find quickly with a search.
Take two-seconds and join us on Facebook and Twitter, as these will be an important method of communication outside of email updates, and again you won’t want to miss a thing.
